How the beta connects
The analytics workspace first checks the Pattern Picks draw-history service. Complete, fresh windows are served from stored records. If a window is incomplete, stale or unavailable, your browser requests official records from data.ny.gov instead. The status message identifies the connection used. Errors are shown rather than replaced with sample results.
Freshness and official results
The latest date displayed is the latest available date in the dataset. It may lag the most recent drawing. Do not rely on Pattern Picks to validate a ticket, a payout or a claim deadline. Use the official New York Lottery website and certified draw records for those purposes.
Next data milestone
The managed service is installed and importing history in small batches. It retains source corrections, checks calendar coverage and caches analytics responses. Reliable hosting-level scheduling and full historical coverage remain deployment milestones.
